Shipping

Branded items ordered online will be completed and shipped within 5 days of the order being placed. If you need your order sooner or have a deadline you need them by, please contact us and we will do what we can to get it to you in time. Call 877-871-5283, or email sales@brandingring.com.

Shipping options are as follows:

Direct Mail- Free Shipping option. Sent through the U.S. Postal Service and will arrive within 1-10 business days from the time it is shipped.

Priority Mail- An added $5.00 per order. Sent through the U.S. Postal Service and will arrive within 2-3 days from the time it is shipped.

UPS Ground- An added $9.00 per order, and will arrive within 1-5 days from the time it is shipped.

Returns/Exchanges

If there is a quality issue or mistake made on your product, please contact us with in 5 days of the delivery and we will send you a shipping label to send your product back for an exchange or full refund.

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges allowed on branded items that were received as ordered. Branding represents ownership, once we put the brand on that you ordered its yours, forever.
