I’m old fashioned in pretty much everything I do, especially business. My favorite quote about business if from the company that made my Great Grandfathers saddle.

Anyone can make something worse and sell it for less.
— Alfred Cornish

Even though we are using some or the newest technologies, we are still doing business the old fashioned way. The foundation of everything we do is built on the three keys that I have learned in my 13 years of operating my own small business.

  1. Good customers are your greatest asset. There is no piece of real-estate, no building, no machine more valuable to my business than good customers. If you decide to become one you will be treated as such.

  2. The best marketing plan is a quality product. In an age of use it and throw it away, we create the opposite. We create products with the goal of, you will never want to throw it away. We want you to be impressed by our products. We believe impressed customers are more valuable than the greatest ad campaign ever created.

  3. The golden rule of business. I treat customers how I want to be treated as a customer, with respect. When we say we will do something we will do it. If a problem arises we will contact you and let you know. When you call us you will talk to a human being. If we are unable to answer you can leave a message and we will call you back. You will never have to talk to a machine, or be put on hold for extended periods of time, or jerked around. I know your time is valuable because my time is valuable.

We look forward to working with you.
